Nice photo. It looks like a Caloi, one of Brazil’s biggest (and one of the world’s oldest) bike manufacturers. I heard somewhere that Brazil is the world’s 3rd largest bicycle manufacturer, but that it’s mostly for domestic consumption so you don’t see many outside Brazil, but evidently they’re in Bolivia.
