It’s happened again. The Bikejuju site stats have proven once again that the internet exists mostly to deliver pictures of naked people.
A year ago I posted about the World Naked Bike Ride, and the Bikejuju page view statatistics jumped up tenfold. And, amazingly, a few folks still click through to Bikejuju every single day to read the year-old WNBR post. Which I find totally bizarre. So when I saw that my stats looked like the graph above, I figured it had to be WNBR weekend. And sure enough, it was.
Yes, it was a year ago today that I posted what is perhaps the scariest photo ever to grace this blog, of an enthusiastic tattooed Brit wearing a red mowhawk, a football hooligan expression, and nothing else. Little did I suspect that it would become one of the most-viewed posts ever.
I have a feeling that the folks searching for and viewing that page are not my core Bikejuju reader demographic. But I’m still trying to find out what that core reader demographic is, so please take sixty seconds to answer my four question reader survey. Yes, as long as you’re here, even you hundreds of folks who got here by searching for WNBR are encouraged to fill out the survey.
Thanks.
(Here’s how people are finding Bikejuju these days:)

Awesome! Wish I’d gone. I think it’s great these people feel strongly enough about this important issue so as to risk arrest and ridicule. We need more people like that and the freedom to express ourselves like that. Kudos!
I want people to understand that this naked bike is not good and we don’t need this evil in Africa you write people shew stop this evil because GOD DON’T WANT TO SEE THIS evil.
Wow that’s one of my favorite comments EVER!
